    Structural features
    • R.C.C. moment Resisting frame (MRF) with heavy R.C.C footings.
    • Interior and exterior partition wall will be made of 1st class brick/Hollow block.
    • Extra treatment will be taken on top the roof to protect heat.
    • Portland Cement to be used in all R.C.C. Member.
    • 60 grade de-formed mild steel round Bar/Tor steel will be used.

    • Best quality local Madhumoti /Fu-Wang / R.A.K / Mir, CBC tiles will be provided in walls up to 7'-0" height from the floor.
    • Grey Situ mosaic will be provided in floors.
    • Double burner gas outlet on concrete platform to support burners.

    Paint

    Main entrance door will be made of solid imported China door / Chittangong Teak wood with Teak frame with check viewer, safety lock & apartment number. All other door shutters will be Partex Flush door / p.v.c door/ imported veneer flush door.
    All doorframes will be made of solid Shilkorai wood except main entrance and bathrooms.

    Windows

    Sliding aluminum window frame with 5 mm tinted glass. Safety grill will be provided in all window and verandah.

    Electrical Wiring And Fittings
    • All wiring standard cables through concealed PVC conduits.
    • All fittings & fixtures are of standard quality.
    • Provision with power points for air-conditioners in master bedroom, children bedroom.

    Features & Amenities [Commercial]

    STRUCTURE:

    The projects are designed as R.C.C frame structure with 5" partition and exterior walls. All the factors fir structural design are based on the ACI code to withstand wind resistance up to 250km/hr and earth-quake of 7.5 on Richter scale

    EXTERIOR FINISH:

    Exterior wall will be claded with quality colored glass curtain wall and paints.

    FLOOR FINISH:

    All lobby, entrance and common area will be finished with R.A.K ceramic tiles/imported best quality glazed titles. Office spaces will be finished with local ceramic tiles.

    INTERIOR PARTION

    Interior partition walls will be of 5" thick brick and finished with plastic paint over plaster.

    FIXTURES AND FITTING:

    The toilets will be fitted with foreign or best quality local fixtures and fittings

    POWER SUPPLY:

    Foreign or best quality local switch, socket, MDB, SDB, circuit breaker and wire will be used. It is well ventilated and large enough for transformer & generator set with its LT panel / Distribution board. Electricity supply approx. 220V/440V from DESA source. Stand-by emergency generator capable of operating
